Meet the Creator
Ross spent a decade building and leading product teams. 3 years at Accenture across complex projects, training as a Scrum Master and Product Manager, then Head of Product at a publicly listed company. He then moved into startups, leading product and engineering teams and facilitating design sprints for C-Suite executives.
Then he combined all of that experience with Claude and built his own Personal OS. A one-person operation that scales content, acquires clients, delivers programmes, and runs systems that would normally require a full team. Claude is the infrastructure. The Personal OS is how it all runs.
Having trained over 300 people in AI, Ross saw the same pattern everywhere: people learning about AI but not building with it. The Personal OS Accelerator exists because the only way to build momentum with AI is to build things with AI. That is what this programme is about.
